Barge Engineer

Our client is currently in the process of deploying a Jack-Up unit to carry out drilling operations in the Dutch Sector of the North Sea. They are looking for various qualities to man the positions on the rig during this operation.

The Barge Engineer is responsible for carrying out the work activity and objectives established by the Client and the OIM with the marine and deck operation crews. This includes but is not limited to vessel logistics, decks and hull maintenance and repair, emergency preparedness, equipment inspection and repair.

•  0.5 Offshore Safety Introduction and Emergency response Training (BOSIET / FOET)
• OGUK Medical
• Basic Safety VCA / MIST (Rig Pass)
• Detailed TRA / PtW training       
•  Member fire-fighting and Rescue Team Offshore
